Hello. Beginner from Preston (capitol centre side)

What's this about eating cake? More importantly how far do i need to cycle to get this cake? Haha

Well the one i mentioned is a 100 miler Cake stops are normally at the 30ish mile mark then there is normally an ice cream stop....you get the idea ! Oh and a big feed at Knott End LOL.....cycling is just an excuse to eat

So this 100 miler is over a week..... lol only kidding. I've done Manchester to Blackpool a few times and that kills me. To be fair i never used to do much if any cycling or preparation for the times i did do it I did it on a mountain bike the first time

Our ride is nice and gentle so the 100 miles just fly by ! Doing the Manchester/Blackpool on a mountain bike is well worth a pat on the back !!

That doesn't sound too bad then. Haha. How many people will there be mate?

Yeah might do. Is that Colin's ride? I think he has one organised but its long (100miler?). I wont have ridden for over 2 weeks as I am on holiday soon. Not sure whether legs can cope....

Im sure you will look just fiiiiinnne in it hun, no worries there. But I realise that Potsy is serious competition............ (dont tell him I said that, he'll never look on here....)

We have certainly lowering it to the gutter !........just where i like it ! Kieran won't mind,he is now part of the team,even more so when he rides for cake with Fran our other new buddy !!!!

I don't mind at all but I have sad news. I can't make it on the 1st April So no cake for me lol what others dates are you riding? I'm the same as skud too. I haven't worn my gear without adding another pair of shorts over the top. Haha. I suppose if everyone else doesn't have extra shorts I'd have to ditch my extra pair. Lol
